I’m currently working as a freelance UX consultant in Toronto, Canada, where I help startups and enterprises create innovative digital experiences and conduct UX audits on existing products to help them achieve their goals.

Prior to this, I was the lead UX designer at TutorComp in India, where I spearheaded the development of a new product line and delivered impactful results. I also worked at Bezykids, a startup where I played the role of product designer, building their product from the ground up and establishing a strong presence in a competitive market.

Since moving to Toronto, a vibrant multicultural city, I've noticed that the passenger information display (PID) on TTC buses is significantly under-utilized and suffers from usability issues. The design advocate in me inspired me to redesign it to enhance the overall commuter experience. This case study was published in blogTO, and as a result, it garnered attention from policymakers who agreed to consider implementing changes.
